All Universities of Maharashtra to conduct exams in offline from June 1

Students at universities and colleges in Maharashtra are constantly demanding online or hybrid exams, but according to the latest news, the state's universities  are poised to take offline exams.

However, instead of taking the exams in May, they start on June 1st. Uday Samant, Minister of Higher Education and Technology in Maharashtra, reported.

The announcement of the delayed  offline mode exams was made by the state government after consultation with vice chancellors from several universities in Maharashtra  who felt that taking exams offline was now the best option.

MAHARASHTRA UNIVERSITY EXAMS

College and university exams in Maharastra are held from June 1st to July 15th.There is also expected to be a gap of two days between all jobs. Offline exams require students to write the relevant theoretical answers.

STUDENT PROTEST

College and university students across the state had been applying for summer exams on social media for a while. that take place offline. Some colleges at the University of Mumbai  had even started  hybrid mode exams.Nagpur University  also announced that it will conduct exams online with the option to appear offline as well.

With the announcement of Uday Samant, it is not yet known if Nagpur University will change their decision. College and university students from Maharashtra are advised to keep in touch with their institute officials and check the official university websites for further updates on the exams.
